Insured Shipping:
All shipments are fully insured and trackable. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped.
In the rare event of damage or loss, we will handle all carrier claims and resolutions.
For parquet orders, Czar Floors uses FedEx Freight (LTL). Parquet is palletized, shrink-wrapped, and strapped for maximum stability during transit.
FedEx Freight service is "curbside delivery," meaning the truck will deliver to the end of your driveway. Lift Gate service is included for parquet orders over 800 sq. ft. to lower pallets to ground level.
We include a Notification Service so the carrier will call ahead to schedule your delivery appointment. We recommend having your contractor or an assistant available to help unload the floor.
Packaging and Handling:
Parquet is packed in manageable bundles. Once pallets are unstrapped outside, the flooring can be moved inside bundle by bundle. Parquet must be moved to a climate-controlled area immediately.
Custom-Made Product Returns:
As a custom-manufactured product, parquet is non-returnable and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Installation Tips:
Parquet is glued down to the plywood subfloor or concrete using recommended adhesive Bostik Best. Dry-fit the tiles first to decide whether to install them straight or on a diagonal. For step-by-step guidance, view our Installation Instructions.
