We offer free ground shipping for standard medallions in the continental USA. Medallions up to 48" are shipped via FedEx Ground service with Signature Confirmation. Larger units ship via FedEx Freight (LTL).
Pro-Grade Packaging:
Items are sealed in heavy-duty plastic and packed in 275lb-tested boxes with edge and face impact protection. Store the medallion horizontally on a flat surface, in a climate-controlled room.

Installation Tips:
Use the included template and router bit to professionally inset the medallion into your hardwood floor. Always dry-fit the medallion before gluing. For step-by-step guidance, view our Installation Instructions.
Adhesive Recommendations:
For wood medallion and border installation, Czar Floors recommends Bostik Best glue.
Fast curing, one-part cartridge/gun applied, moisture cure urethane adhesive that does not contain water or chlorinated solvents, is V.O.C. compliant, and has no ozone-depleting chemicals. The glue is available from Czar Floors. You may add the glue to your order or purchase separately online.

Clean with a damp microfiber cloth and pH-neutral wood floor cleaners. Avoid excessive water or harsh chemicals.
