Seamless Installation: Unlike tile kits that require on-site assembly and messy grout, our marble medallions (up to 72” diameter, 3/8” thick) arrive as a single, pre-assembled piece, eliminating leveling issues and visible seams.

crest or a corporation logo.
Our master craftsmen execute marble floor designs in marble, granite, or travertine. The stone medallions have been engineered to fit seamlessly into stone, tile, or hardwood floors. You can customize any water jet marble design with elements from other flooring medallions or borders, as well as different stones and sizes.
Prices are shown for several popular standard sizes, but can be customized. Most of the floor medallions can be scaled up to any size. Twelve-foot diameters are not unusual.
It's essential to understand the differences between mosaic, tile medallions, and stone waterjet medallions to appreciate the advantages of Czar Floors' products.
Czar Floors creates waterjet stone medallions by cutting natural stone slabs with a waterjet and assembling them as tightly as possible on a solid backing. Stones are polished, and there are no gaps or grout between individual pieces.
The standard stone medallion thickness is 3/8". This thickness matches most porcelain tile thicknesses.
It can be made in other thicknesses. For outdoor applications or different thickness requirements, you may order solid marble medallions with a thickness of 15-18mm without aluminum.
Czar Floors' standard stone medallions use a sturdy aluminum backer. The same non-corrosive aluminum is used in avionics. The backside of the medallion is rough-sanded to allow for better adhesion. Please see the Stone medallions installation instructions for more details.
Czar Floors' stone medallions can also be specially treated to create a "non-slip" Honed surface for an additional charge. Stone medallions can be installed on either the floor or walls and can be used as backsplashes in kitchens or as tabletops.
Other types of stone inlays available on the market:
- Mosaic medallions: Made from small stones or glass pieces with grout gaps. Typically attached to mesh. Gaps between pieces have to be filled with grout. Czar Floors can also make this type of medallion using marble or glass chips. Mosaic is more commonly used in large backsplashes, pool walls, or shower walls. We supply extra chips for every color used in the design. Please contact us for a quote.
- Tile medallions: Made from cutting off-the-shelf tiles. Shipped as a kit of labeled tiles. These have visible seam lines. The installer will have to put grout between the tiles and assemble the pieces. We do not produce this type of medallions.
